You cannot buy or pay through this website. Everything shown here is a display of what we make and stock. To order, you contact us and we confirm availability, specification and price with you directly.

Prices shown on this site are starting prices. The final price depends on size, finish, quantity, engraving and any logo work, and is confirmed in the quote we give you. Prices on the site may change without notice; a quote we have given you holds for 15 days unless we say otherwise.

Product photographs show representative items. Colour, base material and exact dimensions can vary slightly between production batches.

• We produce custom work from the text, spelling and artwork you supply. Please check it carefully — we engrave exactly what is approved.
• We will send you a proof or confirm the engraving text before production on custom orders. Once you approve it, that approval is final.
• You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, emblem or name you ask us to reproduce, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
• Because personalised items cannot be resold, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except where the item is faulty or does not match the approved proof.

Standard custom orders are typically ready in 3–5 working days, and we can often do faster on selected items. Timelines quoted are estimates, not guarantees — please tell us your event date when you order so we can plan around it.

Delivery charges within Pune District and elsewhere in Maharashtra are quoted separately for each order. We are not responsible for delays caused by transport providers, weather or other events outside our control.

Please check your order on delivery. If an item is damaged, faulty, or does not match the approved proof, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will repair, replace or refund it. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Stock items that carry no engraving, printing or name plate may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, unused condition and packaging, and we will refund them. Return carriage is yours unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Personalised items are covered by the custom orders section above rather than this one.

You may cancel at no charge any time before production begins. Once artwork is approved and engraving or printing has started, cancellation is subject to the cost of the work already completed, which we will tell you before you decide.

We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer and cheque. Bulk and custom orders normally require an advance before production, with the balance due on delivery. Credit terms for institutional orders are available on request and subject to approval.

The text, photographs and designs on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. We keep the site accurate as far as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that every listing, price or stock indication is free of error at any given moment.

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.
