SM Sports And Trophy House (“we”, “us”) operates smtrophyhouse.com and a workshop and showroom at Kapurhol, Near Bhor Phata, Kapurhol, Maharashtra 412205, India. We are the data fiduciary for the information described below.

We only collect what we need to answer an enquiry and fulfil an order:

• Enquiry details. Your name, phone number, email address and the contents of your message, when you submit our contact form or write to us on WhatsApp or email.
• Order details. Delivery address, event date, quantities, engraving text and any logo files you send us so we can produce your order.
• Basic usage data. Anonymous page-visit counts, so we know which products people look at. This does not identify you.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payment is arranged directly with us by cash, UPI, bank transfer or cheque.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, produce and deliver your order, and keep a record of what we made for you in case you reorder. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Enquiry form submissions are delivered to our email inbox through Resend, an email delivery provider, and our website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process the data only to provide their service to us. Where we use Google Analytics, it receives anonymous usage data only.

We share your details with a courier or transport provider only when needed to deliver your order. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for up to two years, so we can follow up on a repeat annual event. Order records are kept for as long as our tax and accounting obligations require. Logo files and artwork are kept so that reorders match your previous order — tell us if you would rather we deleted them.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask us to erase it, or withdraw consent you previously gave.
